WLA has recently implemented a new tech support system.  This is designed to make it easier for you to submit technical support requests and communicate with our support staff.  Details are below.

 

First, there are several ways to submit technical support requests now.  They are:

3.      1. Simply send an e-mail to support@warelanghorne.com with a detailed message.  This will automatically create a ticket for you in our support system.

1.      2. While the WLA AdvancedMD login page is open, you can click on the “Request Support” button.  A window will open for you to fill out and submit your request.

2.      3. Also from the WLA AdvancedMD login page, you can click the “Support Center” button.  You may then log in using your e-mail address and the temporary password Password1.  Once logged in, you may submit support requests, see your current requests, or edit your profile.  Click “Edit Your Profile” to change your password.

 After your request is submitted:

No matter how you submit your request, you should receive a confirmation e-mail a short time after.  If you wish, you can reply to the e-mail to add more information.  Someone from our staff will respond to your message via e-mail or phone as soon as possible.

 

Once your issue is resolved, you will get a notification that a technician has set the ticket as resolved.  If, for some reason, your issue is not resolved, you can simply reply to the e-mail to reopen the ticket and notify our staff that the issue needs attention.

To improve response time and increase communication, we ask that all support issues be submitted in one of the above three ways whenever possible.  If you have trouble with the support system or have an issue that prevents you from accessing it, you should immediately call our support line at 804-281-4400.  If you do not receive an answer, please leave a detailed message so we can properly respond.

 

If you submit a ticket and receive an e-mail stating that you need to validate your e-mail address, simply click on the link.  This will send us your issue and allow us to add you to the system for future use.
